Terms of Service

1. Services

R & R Wilson Painting LLC provides digital marketing services as outlined in a separately executed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. The SOW will detail the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay fees as set forth in the SOW, typically on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest. Ad spend for PPC campaigns is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

3. Timelines and Deliverables

We will make every reasonable effort to meet the timelines specified in the SOW. We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or feedback, or for delays caused by third-party platforms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". As stated in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee any specific results. Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client to R & R Wilson Painting LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any lost profits or indirect damages.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the effective date of termination.
